With over 20 years of teaching experience and a lifelong passion for movement, I bring a unique blend of expertise and understanding to every session. My journey began with classical ballet and modern dance, where I developed a deep appreciation for the body's grace and potential. For a decade, I served as a teacher trainer for BASI Pilates, sharing my knowledge and mentoring others in the art and science of Pilates instruction.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, including athletes striving for peak performance, dancers seeking precision and strength, pre-and postnatal women navigating their changing bodies, and seniors embracing movement as a pathway to vitality. My specialization lies in helping clients connect with and engage their core, addressing issues such as back pain and promoting overall well-being.

In addition to my movement expertise, I hold Reiki I and II certifications. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that restores the natural flow of energy in the body, supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By calming the nervous system and releasing tension, it creates space for healing, balance, and renewal.

Each session I offer is tailored to the individual, focusing on breath work, fundamental movement patterns, and personalized needs. I believe that the power to heal and thrive is inherent within each of us; my role is to guide you in unlocking that potential. Together, we’ll build a foundation of strength, awareness, and balance that supports your journey toward a healthier, more empowered self.
